Important dates to remember
Large organisations have until 5th December 2023 to submit their ESOS Phase 3 Assessment, and you must first notify ‘Scheme Administrator’ to avoid possible enforcement actions.
Failure to notify or delays in submitting your ESOS Assessments could result in fines of up to £50,000 - along with daily penalties of £500 for every day your company is non-compliant.
