Course overview
IEMA Environmental Sustainability Skills for Managers is the 2018 update of IEMA’s All Jobs Greener Training Programme (previously known as Managing with Environmental Sustainability).
This two-day course supports managers and supervisors in understanding the strategic and operational implications environmental sustainability has on them, their team and department.
By providing a practical introduction to environmental sustainability and environmental management concepts, delegates will gain knowledge and understanding to enable them to contribute to the improved environmental sustainability of their organisation.
This is an interactive course which includes presentations, case studies and practical workshops and a multiple-choice test paper.

The importance of resource efficiency
The impact of environmental sustainability across the value chain
The impacts of pollution, prevention, control and environmental legislation in organisation
How employees can support environmental sustainability
Who should attend?
This course is aimed at supervisors and managers from any industry or business sector. No prior environmental knowledge required.
Outcome and Qualification
On successful completion of the course including a multiple-choice online exam, delegates will be issued with an IEMA Environmental Sustainability Skills for Managers certificate.
